La producción de Boys Over Flowers ha hecho un soundtrack suplemental llamado “F4 Special Edition” OST. Cada miembro del F4 (Lee Min-ho, Kim Hyun-joong, Kim Bum y Kim Joon) ha grabado un track. Las canciones no son originales, pero cada uno de ellos ha elegido un cover.
El primero es Kim Hyun Joong que hará el remake de “행복이란” (Thing Called Happiness), que fue popular en los 70's y fue cantada por Jo Kyung-soo, el padre del actor Jo Seung-woo (Go Go 70).
