Esta no es la primera vez en que ellas son acusadas de copiar, su previa canción Love and War (feat.Haha) en el 2008 fue acusada también como copia de Oh Song's Oh Summer, Please y de Sung Yu Bin, Nuneul Kamado (Close Your Eyes) por la similitud de melodías.

And this was not the first time that Davichi has been accused of copying. Their previous hit song Love and War (feat.Haha) in 2008 was deemed to have been a hybrid copy of Oh Song's Oh Summer, Please and Sung Yu Bin's Nuneul Kamado (Close Your Eyes) as their melodies sounded similar.
Mnet Media representative expressed, "The copying allegations are untrue." Their manager also said, "They claimed that the song is copied just because there's a little bit of resemblance, that is simply unacceptable."
