El drama número 1 Boys Over Flowers estará en la pantalla chika en japón. El primer episodio será transmitido en la MNet de Japón el 12 de abril y de ahí cada domingo a las 7:30pm.
Para el lanzamiento, el F4 (Lee Min-ho, Kim Hyun-joong, Kim Bum y Kim Joon) prepararán un broadcast especial para los televidentes el 14 de marzo. Además tendrán un fan meeting el 16 de abril en Tokyo.
